小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)驅動(dòng)點(diǎn)有哪些?

玻璃纖維增強不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂波形板和平板,常見(jiàn)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)有手糊和噴射成型,但是存在厚度不均勻、氣泡、生產(chǎn)效率低等問(wèn)題。連續制板工藝始于二戰后FRP工業(yè)軍轉民時(shí)代,法國實(shí)現了波形瓦連續生產(chǎn)技術(shù),隨后在歐美、日本等波形瓦連續生產(chǎn)技術(shù)也相繼工業(yè)化,并得到進(jìn)一步完善和發(fā)展。連續制板成型技術(shù)是由制氈、樹(shù)脂浸漬、凝膠成型,固化,切割、水洗、烘干等環(huán)節組成。這些環(huán)節都是由生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)連續完成的,從生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的一端連續加入玻璃纖維、樹(shù)脂、催化劑、促進(jìn)劑;從生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的另一端切割得到所需要的玻璃鋼制品。
