如果不能在混凝土預凝之前將自上料混凝土攪拌車(chē)修復，應立即采取應急措施：

If the self loading concrete mixer cannot be repaired before the concrete is pre set, emergency measures shall be taken immediately:

1.馬達和減速機無(wú)故障情況下，連接“應急油管”將混凝土卸出，預防凝灌事故發(fā)生。

1. When the motor and reducer have no fault, connect the "emergency oil pipe" to unload the concrete, so as to prevent the occurrence of condensation grouting accident.

2.馬達或減速機發(fā)生故障且確定無(wú)法在混凝土預凝前使罐體轉動(dòng)，請快速打開(kāi)人孔蓋，如人孔蓋不在罐體下方則需要在罐體前錐底部開(kāi)孔(Φ=1250px，避開(kāi)原有焊道)，與此同時(shí)必須持續向進(jìn)料口灌入大量清水，沖刷罐內混凝土，直罐體下方無(wú)混凝土流出，罐內少量殘余混凝土需人工進(jìn)行清理，清理完畢后進(jìn)行清洗，將割下部分重新焊接到混凝土攪拌車(chē)罐體上(安裝人孔蓋)，并打磨噴漆處理。
