1. Before starting the concrete mixing tank truck, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out.
2. 檢查汽車(chē)輪胎氣壓及磨損情況,按規定力矩緊固輪胎螺絲、輪胎氣壓補充到該車(chē)型規定值之內,根據磨損情況進(jìn)行輪胎換位。

3. 檢查發(fā)電機、空調、水泵及助力泵皮帶的松緊與老化情況。

4. 檢查汽車(chē)前后車(chē)燈是否齊全(包括:大燈、視寬燈、轉向燈、剎車(chē)燈、倒車(chē)燈及霧燈)。

5. 檢查發(fā)電機、空調、水泵及助力泵皮帶的松緊與老化情況。

6. 檢查電瓶液面及玻璃清洗劑罐的液面。

11. 混凝土攪拌罐車(chē)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上方可工作。

12. 攪拌車(chē)裝運攪拌好的混凝土時(shí)，攪拌筒轉速為210轉/分，在運輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。
12. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 210 rpm. During transportation, the rotation speed of the mixing drum on the flat road should be 2-3 rpm. When driving on the road with side slope greater than 50 or the road with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation should be stopped, and the mixing rotation should be resumed after the road condition improves.
13. 混凝土攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規定的時(shí)間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(cháng)時(shí)間停轉，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現象。應時(shí)常觀(guān)察混凝土情況，發(fā)現異常及時(shí)通報調度室，申請作出處理。
13. The delivery time of concrete by concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the specified time of mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The concrete condition shall be observed from time to time, and any abnormality found shall be timely reported to the dispatching room for handling.
14. 攪拌車(chē)在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動(dòng)1分鐘，再進(jìn)行排料。

15. 混凝土攪拌車(chē)出料完畢后，應立即用隨車(chē)的軟管放水將進(jìn)料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結在車(chē)身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動(dòng)，以清洗內壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
15. After the discharge of concrete mixer truck, the feeding port, discharge hopper and discharge chute shall be cleaned immediately with the hose attached to the truck, and the dirt and residual concrete bonded to the truck body shall be removed. Then, 150-200l clean water shall be injected into the mixing drum. On the way back, the mixing drum shall rotate slowly to clean the inner wall, so as to avoid the residual slag adhering to the wall and mixing blade, And discharge the water before loading again.
